Brad and I went to the site this morning and looked at the feature labelled TA. I looked
at the feature using Lidar and then in the field and have determined that it is a
stream. It does go down the ditch line (on the east side) of Castle Hayne Rd, it then goes
under the road (through two pipes) and is a stream within the wetland feature they
labelled as WA where it again parallels the road before cutting back into the woods. I
feel that within the proposed project limits the feature is at least intermittent. Brad and
I did an quick scoring of the feature and came out with 20.5 without getting into the
beasties on the sheet.
There were no stream forms in the package that we got, which is why Brad and I did the
quick scoring. Were there supposed to be stream forms included with the package? Let
me know if you need anything else from me.
