Brian,
I'm not sure whose project this is. In looking into any ICE/ICI issues I have come
across the 2003 ICI study for the PTI Airport/FedEX expansion. In the introduction of
the report it states "Because these highway improvements have been considered in
developing these analyses, NCDWQ has agreed to consider the results during permit
review of the U-2524BB project."
The section designations of this project appear to have been changed and BE seems to
correspond largely with the C section as it is now planned.
Anyway, I wanted to see who, if anyone, was familiar with this study and if in fact
it is regarded by DWQ as a valid document for U-2524C. I have 1 paper copy. Nothing
digital but I can organise something if you need.
