In preparing for the summer, Ashley and I want to remove the unsightly steps on the water side of our 'little home' and replace with a deck that will extend 8 feet out from the back wall toward the water & extend the width of the trailer. Essentially, 8 feet by 16 feet. I know I've talked to Bernie about this, but I don't think I've discussed with Ms. Frankie, but the State is requiring me to get an email from the adjacent property owners that acknowledges this addition, much like I did for the boat lift. I didn't realize this was a requirement, so I'm a bit behind the ball on getting this out to you both and I would like to have the contractor start soon (I hope). Would either of you object to us adding this deck on the back side of our 'little home'? If it is acceptable, I think an email response back is ok with the CAMA folks. I'll print it off and send it in with my application. Thanks! Jason M.
