A vehicular path begins at the property line and continues about60 feet to the existing Progress Energy transmission tower. Progress Energy has a 50 foot Right-Of-Way along the easement which is mowed regularly. Sandy Run Branch is located more than 75 feet to the east. The general land use is single family residential to the west and east and predominantly woodland to the north and south along the Sandy Run Branch. 3b. Explain the purpose of the proposed project: To provide AT&T cell coverage to Jacksonville area. 3e. Describe the overall project in detail, including the type of equipment to be used: Cell site equipment will be placed on an elevated steel platform and antennas will be placed on existing Progress Energy lattice transmission tower. A gravel 12' wide access road to the cell tower site will be constructed and turn around. Seven concrete pads will be constructed within the tower footprint to support the raised platform. Six pads will measure 2'x2' in size and the seventh pad for the stairs landing will measure 2'x4' in size. Gravel will be placed within the tower footprint to restrict vegetsative growth. 4.
