accordance with N.C.G.5. 143-215.1 and 15A NCAC 211.0105,please provide additional or revised information
to address the following comments:
1. Please provide the followmg information for the Engineering alternatives analysis:
a. The cost of the Dual-Phase Extraction(DPE)treatment system.
b. The cost of the Outfall including the Outfall line and any Outfall structure such as np-rap.
If no response is received within 60 calendar days [per 15A NCAC 2H.0107(b)],the project will be deactivated
and withdrawn from our review process and the documents recycled. If you have any questions,please contact
