I received your shoreline stabilization application for 131 Clear Sail Way in Nebo, NC and I have a few questions. Please
clarify the following proposed impacts listed in your application:
• Please provide the dimensions for impacts below the normal pool level
o 284 sq ft listed on page 2 (2'x142'), but 18" shown on drawing for 213 sq ft (1.5' x 142')
• Please provide the dimensions for impacts above the normal pool level
o 1420 sq ft listed listed on page 2
o 2840 sq ft listed listed on page 2
• Are you proposing to build a construction access corridor? If so, please provide the dimensions (ex. 12' x 50')
and square feet of the corridor. Include information on vegetation that will be removed to build the temporary
construction corridor.
• Are you proposing to re -grade the shoreline to a gentler slope? If so, please provide information about this.
