Good afternoon,
I have a couple of questions on your comments.
Do I need to only send the revised sheets or 2 whole sets of plans?
On the revised storm plan I have proposed contours and a note stating there are no known wetlands
or floodplains on this property.
This property is a low density development therefore the drainage area is less than the property
area. Most to all of the lots on the West side of the property drain into the existing area not the
proposed swales.
