Thank you for promptly returning my call regarding the above referenced site. Attached is
information regarding the project and its location per our conversation. The proposed project
consists of the replacement of an existing boat ramp, repair of existing rip rap revetment, and
installation of a new floating dock, as shown on the attached drawings.

I am requesting confirmation that the proposed project will not adversely affect any federally
listed species or habitat.
