Remove existing boat ramp; Install a +/-165 LF temporary sheetpile coffer dam; construct a new 20'x 120'
concrete boat ramp; install a 8.9' x 20' rip rap scour pad; install a new 8' x 24' floating dock with 2 concrete anchor
piles; install+/ -620 SF (57CY) of new rip rap below MHW; Repair+/ -920 SF (85CY) of rip rap below the MM;
Repair+/ -1,100 SF (102CY) of rip rap above the MHW; Impact 150 SF of EAV in rip rap repair area

Manatee guidelines" and "other than that it [the application] looked good"
Submitted project info to NMFS - Fritz Rohde responded that he agreed with a "No Effect" determination for the
Atlantic Sturgeon species or its associated critical habitat or any other threatened or endangered species.
