The project purpose is to expand the existing Lighthouse Cove subdivision into its second and final phase of
development.

The timber on site will be harvested with current, standard logging equipment followed by infrastructure
construction, such as roads, utilities and housing material. Each of these operations will use the standard, heavy
equipment typically used in subdivision development.

The proposed layout of Phase II continues with the pre -approved layout constructed in Phase I. This layout
accommodates an existing sewer lift station as well as space for on-site storm water retention ponds.

Due to the layout of the existing Phase I infrastructure and the required new infrastructure (including storm water
management ponds) avoiding the wetland was not economically feasible.
