156 -lot single family residential development connected by a network of roads and utilities
4g. Describe the overall project in detail, including indirect imapacts and the type of equipment to be used:
At the proposed impact one 88ft long 18" RCP culvert @ 0.5% slope will be installed under the roadway
(Stackhouse Drive) and a dissipator pad will be added at the outlet. Water and sewer utility lines will be
concurrently installed in the road right-of-way. The area will be back filled, the roadway paved, sidewalk installed,
and side slopes stabilized with vegetative planting. Typical construction equipment such as excavators, loaders,
dump trucks, and graders will be utilized.

US FWS iPaC (https:Hecos.fws.gov/ipac/) provided a list of federally protected species that may occur in the
proposed project area and/or may be affected by the proposed project. It included the Red -cockaded Woodpecker
(Picoides borealis), American alligator (Alligator mississippiensis), Saint Francis' Satyr Butterfly (Neonympha
mitchellii), American Chaffseed (Schwalbea americanna), Michames Sumac (Rhus michau)ii), Pondberry (Lindera
melissifolia), and Rough -leaved loosestrife (Lysimachia asperulaefolia). No Critical Habitats were identified.
NC Natural Heritage Program (ncnhp.org) documents an element occurrence for the federally protected species
Saint Francis' Satyr Butterfly (Neonympha mitchellii) within a one -mile radius of the project area.
