Enclosed please find a copy of the Compliance Evaluation Inspection form from the
inspection that I conducted on March 9, 2007. The facility was found to be in Compliance with
permit WQ0000020.
The review of your 2006 Annual Report showed thatmonitoring results were submitted
for samples collected in January 2007. The monitoring data collected during 2006 should be
submitted for review. Please submit 3 copies of the 2006 monitoring data along with a copy of
the contract laboratory report to the following address, within 10 days of receipt of this letter:

Inspection Summary:
Inspection included a records review and a tour of the ash facility.
The 2006 Annual Report included sample analyses from samples collected in 2007. The 2006 monitoring data should be
submitted for review.
One ash complaint occurred during ash removal in 2006. Ash blew onto neighbors home. Removal was halted and ash
was wetted down.
The Ash Distribution Program appears to be operating according to permit conditions with no discharge to surface
waters.
