There are no wetlands on 1141 Persimmon. The applicant wishes to develop the two side-by-side lots as a general maintenance shop and office facility as shown on the plan. The proposed wetland impact area is also depicted. The wetland delineation was performed by Warren Eadus with Quible & Associates, P.C. and confirmed in the field by Tom Steffens, USACE on 11/20/08. The amount of the In Lieu Fee to be paid to NCEEP by an applicant is calculated based upon the Fee Schedule and policies listed at www.nceep.net.
