I inspected this facility on February 6, 2018. The owner is leasing this property to Adams Products Company that sells
masonry products. No industrial activity was observed at this facility. I spoke with Denise Corrales from the former
Cemex/Metromont Materials Corporation and she confirmed the business has been closed for years. I asked her to
submit a Rescission request form to confirm the business had closed. Based on the site inspection rescission of the
NPDES permit is recommended.
