I, Allen W. Rhue ORC of the Holly Ridge WWTP Wastewater Surface Irrigation Facility, am willing to accept the additional flow of domestic wastewater from the Summerhouse development that is being requested. The average flow for the Holly Ridge WWTP Wastewater Surface Irrigation Facility (WQ0019907) is .150 MGD. The WWTP is permitted for 260,626 gpd. I do not foresee the additional flow of 80,000 gals. per day interfering with the normal operation of this facility. Allen W.
