Sue Good to talk to you. I looked over the design of the wet ponds and they
actually looked pretty good - they had a nice design summary on the last plan sheet.
I am still going to ask them to do the Supplement Forms though for consistency and
also because they did leave out a few required items.
Let me know if you think this wording needs to be modified. Thanks for sending out
the letter.

1. For Basins 1, 4, 6, 7 and 8, please provide a detailed inventory of imperviousness
surfaces. The inventory should include ALL proposed building footprints, roads,
driveways, sidewalks, gravel-surfaced areas, amenity areas, etc. A Stormwater
Management Plan (SMP) must be provided for any drainage areas that exceed 24
percent imperviousness. Per NCAC 2B 15A: 02H.1000, a "drainage area" is
defined as "the entire area contributing surface runoff to a single point."
2. For Basins 3, 9, 10, 11 and 12, please explain the current and future uses of the
areas that are not currently platted in lots. The impervious surface calculations for
these basins are currently based on these areas remaining as open space
permanently.
For Wet Detention Ponds 2 and 13, please provide a Wet Detention Basin
Supplement Form for each proposed best management practice that will be used
on the site (including both worksheets, Design Summary and Required Items
Checklist), as well as all of the required items. The Wet Detention Basin
Supplement Forms are available on the DWQ web site at:
