I have not made it to the site yet, but I had spoken with Samir right after you and I spoke last on the phone about WW, and the consultant had only requested SW. Similar to what I had stated when we last spoke, do you have a problem including WW in this COC and going ahead and issuing permit? Again, my thought is that the intention of the NOI is for the SW that is passing into the measure and on through a portion of the site via existing features. However, the NOV and mining permit modification ($750) were because this office had discovered that SW had blown -out an on-site measure. It seems to me that maintenance within an on-site measure may constitute a WW discharge. I am fine with the issuance, but I think it should include WW. Please let me know if you would like to discuss. Just checking on the status of that, or if you are ok with moving forward with issuance? Thanks. Robert D. Patterson, P.E.
