This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Collection System Permit No. WQCSD0272. The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report". Please respond in writing to this office within 30 days of your receipt of this letter regarding your plans or measures to be taken to address the following issues: The 24-hour notification signs at pump stations #1 and #2 are faded to the point of being unreadable. These signs need to be replaced. Also, pump stations #4 and #5 each had one pump that did not operate. Town personnel stated that impellers were on order for both pumps to be repaired. These pumps need to be repaired or replaced immediately. In your response please document when these pumps were put back in service.
