After review of the submitted NOI application for Braeburn subdivision, I have discovered several items missing that are
needed to complete the review. Please see the attached copy of page 4 of 6 from the submitted NOI for Braeburn
subdivision. The yellow highlighted areas are missing from the application and are a vital part. Please submit two (2)
copies of any plan sheets and other forms and submit an electronic copy of those items to the link below. Also needed is
an electronic copy of the originally submitted NOI and submitted storm water quality related sheets and calculations
sent to the link below. These include the following:
• Existing sheets C0.0, C0.1, C1.0, C3.0, C3.10
• All Wet Detention Basin Worksheets
• All Forebay Volume calculations
• NOI application
• Applicable Soils report
• Applicable Deed pages
