No qualifying rain event generated an adequate flow of storm water through the designated outfalls during the month 4,S The
three otherwise qualifying rain events occurred on March 1, 13, and 31, and where limited by ground absorption during a slow-t°aWj6Y fall in
the overnight hours when the outfalls are not safely or reasonably accessible. The facilities response, in process, is to upgrade access and
functionality of the outfall sites allowing better sampling options during low flow events.
