This correspondence serves as the Haw River Nutrient Compliance Association Year-End Compliance
Report for CY2017 in order to comply with Part 1 Section A.(5 )of the Association's NPDES permit
NCC000003 The permit includes the following requirements for the 2017 report:
• Tabular summary of total and individual TP loads discharged by the Association and Co-
Permittee Members
• Summary of transactions affecting TP allocations of the Association or Co-Permittee Members
• Association Officers and Membership Summary

Year-End Report for CY 2017-NPDES Permit#NCC000003
The HRNCA hereby submits its first annual Year-End Report for CY 2017.
The required information is included as separate attachments:
i Tabular Summary of the total and individual Total Phosphorus loads discharged by the
Association and its Co-Permittee members (End of Pipe Loadings and Delivered to Lake Loadings
are included on separate tables)
ii. Member List including Officers, Board Members and Board Alternates with contact information
iii. There have been no discharges, purchases,sales,trades, leases, or other transactions affecting
the Total Phosphorus allocation of the Association or its Co-Permittee members during Calendar
Year 2017.
Other Information.
■ The City of Greensboro North Buffalo POTW closed on October 6, 2017 and all wastewater flow
is now being treated at the T Z Osborne POTW.The NCDEQ rescinded the NPDES Permit for the
facility on December 4, 2017. The North Buffalo POTW Total Phosphorus loading for January 1
through October 6 is included in the 2017 report but North Buffalo will not be included in the
2018 report
