STORMWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT
Public comment or objection to the draft permit is invited. Submit written comments to DEMLR at the address
below. All comments received through April 18, 2018 will be considered in the final determination regarding
permit issuance and permit provisions.
Application: Butler/Warner Generation Plant, 2274 Custer Avenue, Fayetteville, NC 28312 has applied for an
NPDES permit renewal to discharge stormwater from an industrial facility at this address in Cumberland County.
The facility discharges to a UT to Locks Creek in the Cape Fear River Basin. Permit NCS000369.
