Karen, I would like to thank you and DWR and DEMLR staff for conducting the preconstruction
meeting yesterday to satisfy condition #29 of our WQC. I will file this email on the FERC docket to
show that this condition was met.
In addition, I wanted to restate our discussion on condition #30 regarding monthly ride-throughs with
DWR and DEMLR staff. DEMLR staff indicated that they may not be available to meet this
condition. Atlantic will make the request, and if DEMLR staff are not able to meet, they will notify us
in writing/email that they are not able to meet. In the event that a monthly ride -through is missed due
to DEMLR staff availability, Atlantic will not be held in violation of condition 30.
