Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts in designing project. The lots are large lots and therefore access to the lots can be obtained with the proposed plan with very little impact. Past designs have used smaller lots that would have required greater impact. The proposed impacts are in areas of gradual slope relative to the rest of the site. Therefore the impact lengths are less than steeper slopes that would have had to have greater pipe lengths to achieve stable head wall side slopes. In addition the alternate plans the road layout was tweaked in the field by BREC staff to achieve less impact. The topography of the site makes it impossible to avoid impacts all together. 1 b. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques. Erosion control measures and working from the bank when possible will be implemented; Each day's work will be stabilized before the end of the day. Proejct will utilize a pump around. 2.
