Karen & Jennifer - Tasha explained that the MOA will need to be provided to her to forward to their
Office of Council. It may take a week or two to get back their review and comments from the time it's
sent to them. Also, this will obviously be permitted under the new 2017 NWPs and GCs even though
the application was submitted under the 2012 NWPs. The applicant fully understands this and is fine
with it.

I just talked to Tasha. Your permit application under the nationwide has lapsed, but you will not need to do anything
about that. It is an internal update that she will do as the 2012 NWP are over and you will now be under the 2016 NWP,
but it's all the same.
I told her where we are and she's good with our direction.

Good afternoon. Your e-mail was timely as I was going to follow up with you to see how you meeting went with
Tasha. Please let me know what she said about keeping our permit application open.
In reference to our work, I have recently been coordinating with Lauren Werner on the advertisement. I
recently provided her the photos, application and payment and the advertisement is in process
I have prepared the work done to date on this project for seeking opportunities to relocate the house, and I can
provide that document to you now if you would like.
Ellen commenced the documentation process back on 06/14 and was on-site that day taking the photos,
evaluating materials to be salvaged, etc.
Ellen has sought groups to work with on the salvaging, and one of the groups, The ReUse Warehouse, I have met
with. I met with Rick Morgan, with the ReUse Warehouse, at the site and he has provided a proposal to
deconstruct the house and salvage materials
I have not had a discussion with Sarah in terms of them preparing a letter about the use of the funds Halpern
will be contributing to RHDC, but I know at the meeting she was happy to prepare that document. Ellen and I
discussed that a couple of days ago, and I believe she was going to try to reach out to Sarah to discuss.

Michael and Ladies:
Just wanted to back track on this to determine where we are. I think that when we met on the 7t" that some of us had
tasks to take care of to move this along.
Sarah, I think was going to develop ideas about the use of the funds that would be made available to the RHDC
Michael and Cathleen were going to work on advertising the building on PNC website, and maybe talk with Preservation
Greensboro about salvage or someone else interested in the materials.
Ellen was going to work on a timeline of the project to document how it unfolded and efforts to move down the street.
Was Renee going to provide a sample MOA? Besides checking with Tasha on the status of the USACE permit?
Please let me know if there are other tasks that I've missed or mis-assigned.
