SUBJECT: CAMA/DREDGE & FILL Permit Application Review
Applicant: Town of Morehead City (Newport River Pier Ext.)
Project Location: The project site is located on Radio Island along Highway 70 immediately
north of the Morehead City high rise bridge, Morehead City, Carteret County.
Proposed Project: The applicant is proposing a major modification to Permit #214-06. The
proposal consists of the addition of a pier extension and platform to the
existing pier previously authorized.
Please indicate below your agency's position or viewpoint on the proposed project and return this form by
03/10/2009. If you have any questions regarding the proposed project, please contact
