Subject: Benjamin Ray Pond - question
Hi Sue,
My main concern about these existing new ponds is that they are in-line ponds and have the potential to
increase temperature of Little Fork, which is a native brook trout stream. Here are a few questions:
• What is the depth of these ponds? I'm particularly interested in the depth of the lower pond.
• How are the ponds drained?
• Does the landowner anticipate any maintenance of these ponds (e.g., dredging)?
• Can the applicant provide a drawing or schematic of the ponds, showing the intermittent stream, Little
Creek, and the ponds, along with a scale and North arrow?
Thank you,
Andrea
