I apologize that it has taken me awhile to make this final call. I am good with everything
said so far. My concern was with SC and the stream-like features that come off of it.

So in talking with my counterpart, in the Washington Office, we agree that SC is a
stream The 4 larger features that drain towards SC are also streams, with the smaller
features off of them being drainage patterns.

Hi Greg,

I have had a chance to look over the summary memo and our files on the property in
wetland site WG. The file review indicated that not all of wetland site WG was impacted
by the utility project, therefore, it was not delineated in the areas that we had questions
about. Please add a CAMA/Section 404 boundary line as necessary to this site. The
summary generally appears to reflect our discussions and findings during the field visit,
and I concur with Brad’s and Mason’s email comments to date regarding the
summary. I also will mention that the streams Mason refers to in his February 6, 2018
memo should also be noted as Public Trust Waters. Please let me know if you have any
questions regarding this email or if I can be of any further assistance.
