Dear Mr. Mullis:
On March 1, 2018, Mr. Roberto Scheller of this Office conducted a reconnaissance inspection at
the subject facility. Samples were collected from outfall pipe (#001) on the Rocky River for Total
Residual Chlorine (TRC) to insure compliance with permit requirements and conditions. At the
time of sampling TRC was tested as 50 ug/I. Please note that the Division shall consider all
effluent TRC values reported below 50 ug/I compliant with permit conditions. Chlorination and
dichlorination dosing should be evaluated in order to achieve a TRC of less than 50 ug/l.
The enclosed report should be self-explanatory; however, should you have any questions, please
