Dear Mr. Deal:
The Division of Water Resources (Division) received a request from Blue Ridge Environmental Consultants
on your behalf on August 22, 2017, with subsequent information submitted January 30, 2018 and March
6, 2018, to modify the stormwater management plan (SMP) as approved by the Division in Authorization#
2016-0716 issued on November 16, 2016.
The Division hereby approves the revised stormwater management plan submitted on March 6, 2018 and
sealed and dated on February 27, 2018. Proposed repairs and restorations to the vegetative swales as
indicated in the stormwater management plan dated February 27, 2018 shall be completed by May 31,
2018. All requirements identified in Condition 3 in the November 16, 2016 Authorization are applicable to
the revised stormwater management plan.
