Dalton,
Based on the attached transfer certificate, DWR has verified the payment of 18,687.00 square feet which is partial
payment. The remaining balance is 5,364 square feet to comply with DWR's mitigation requirement for project #16-
1032. In this particular case, we will not have to issue a permit modification. We have notified the bank sponsor and
they will accept this e-mail as verification of the remaining mitigation required.

tomorrow? Our client needs to pay the additional mitigation costs but the bank will not issue the new invoice without
having a revised permit reflecting the mitigation the client has already paid.

Hi Dalton,
As discussed, you are correct that 18,6$7 square feet of buffer credits were already:purchased. in March 2017
(see attached email). The revised permit states the mitigation needed is 24,051 square feet, but doesn't state
that any credits were previously purchased. Can you ask DWR to revise the permit to state that the 18,687
credits were purchased on March 13, 2017 and that the remaining mitigation need is 5,364 credits? This would
be under Section 3 and they can put it all in the table if they prefer..
Once you receive the revised permit please email me a copy 'and then I can email you an invoice for the credits
to send to your client.

Having taken over this project from a former employee of. �o�urs I am trying to do a little catching up. Reading through
our files for this project I see a letter of buffer credit availaVdity from your company dated December 16, 2016 for
18,687 square feet of credits. I .was wondering if this invoice was ever paid? The project has since been revised and
does require the 24,051 square'feet of mitigation but I wanted to make sure our client doesn't double pay for the first
18,687 s.f: of credits. It may be easier for us to discuss this ouer'the phone.

This project is in the Falls Lake watershed and credits must come from a bank in the Falls Lake watershed. Please find
attached a'letter of availability for 5,364 buffer credits. Once you receive the 401 approval please email me a copy and
we can work out the purchase details. Also, the cost per credit is $1.11 and this price quote is valid,for 90 days. If you
need anything else. please let me know!
