On March 1, 2018, Mr. Roberto Scheller of this Office conducted a reconnaissance inspection of
the subject facility. Samples were collected from the outfall ditch for Total Residual Chlorine
(TRC) to insure compliance with permit requirements and conditions. At the time of sampling,
TRC was tested as 7 ug/I. Please note that the Division shall consider all effluent TRC values
reported below 50 ug/I compliant with permit conditions.

Comment: On March 1, 2018 at 10:42 am an effluent sample was collected from the end of discharge
ditch. The sample was analyzed for Total Residual Chlorine (TRC) with a reading
of 7 uq/I.

to
be in compliance with the permit.
