REQUEST FOR MORE INFORMATION
On March 20, 2009, the Express Review Program of the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your
additional information for the above referenced project. The DWQ has determined that your application
will require additional information. Please provide the following information so that we may continue
to review your project and prevent return of your application as required by 15A NCAC 2H.0506:
Additional Information Requested
1. Please resubmit your site plan (sheet 1 of 7) on a standard 36" by 24" drawing sheet showing
topographical contours (existing and proposed).
2. For the site layout on sheet 1 of 7, please provide a breakdown of the impervious areas in each
drainage area including onsite buildings, streets, sidewalks, parking areas, etc.
Wet Pond 2:
a. Please raise the west (left) side of the weir between the forebay and main pond to the
temporary pool elevation as discussed. (The forebay berm for Pond 1 should remain as
previously submitted. Comment 2a in the previous letter dated March 17, 2009 should have
read Pond 2 instead of Pond 1).
b. Please include a longitudinal section of the forebay berm in Pond 2 on sheet C-7, and revise
the cross section of Pond 2 and attendant information on sheet C-4.
Please respond within five (5) days of the date of this letter by sending two (2) copies of the above
information and any revisions in writing. The Express Review Program is a process that requires all
parties to participate in a timely manner.
This letter only addresses the application review and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters or
protected buffers. Please be aware that any impacts requested within your application are not authorized (at
this time) by the DWQ.
