Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts in designing project. Alignment has been chosen to reduce crossing through wetland areas. In areas where the alignment crosses wetland areas, clearing will be reduced for access only to limit disturbance. Sewer alignment has been designed to limit clearing and permanent easements to outside the the 30 -foot buffer and 50' buffer where practical. By working with proposed stream restoration project, to be constructed during the sewer project construction, we have been able to reduce overall clearing limits by utilizing each projects clearing area for construction. Construction of both projects will limit impact times. 1 b. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques. Wetland areas will have anti -seep collars installed at downstream boundary and at every 150' upstream as required for extent of wetland. Construction will be performed utilizing Best Management Practices (BMP's) to avoid impacts and maintain all erosion control devices. 2.
