STORMWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT
Public comment or objection to the draft permit is invited. Submit written comments to DEMLR at the address
below. All comments received through April 13, 2018 will be considered in the final determination regarding
permit issuance and permit provisions.
Application: Haynes Wire Company, 158 N. Egerton Rd, Mountain Home, NC 28758 has applied for an NPDES
permit renewal to discharge stormwater from an industrial facility at this address in Henderson County. The
facility discharges to a UT to Mud Creek in the French Broad River Basin. Permit NCS000209.
