Sampling location is located in a linear swale in the left floodplain of Lick Creek. In conversation with the landowner the swale only has water during
and immediately after flooding events from Lick Creek. The sampling area is wooded area but used for cattle grazing. Grazing has removed much of
understory vegetation.
