we just received another comment letter for the Alston Town Center
permit renewal and assume these comments are in addition to the first
letter dated February 18th. We are in the process of designing a
culvert in lieu of a bottomless arch culvert per comment #1 on the first
letter, and should have this wrapped up by tomorrow. I need to check
with our stormwater engineers, but we should be able to respond to all
stormwater related comments in this second letter as well. Since we
have an additional comment letter to address can we have another week
beyond the 30-day response window on the first letter dated February
18th to get you a formal response to both comment letters at one time?
