Metals/Nutrients/TCLP were conducted according to permit requirements. Metals ceiling concentration limits and monthly average concentration limits appeared to meet permit limits. TCLP permit limits appear to have been met. Pathogen Reduction was accomplished using fecal coliform density and Alternative #5 – PFRP Pasteurization. Vector Attraction Reduction (VAR) was accomplished using Alkaline Stabilization. There were numerous pH QC buffers that were out of range (>0.1 units). The pH probe was replaced 10/13/16; QC buffers were within 0.1 after the probe was replaced. A new meter was put in service on 10/31/2016.
