and did not inform us. I have mad the updates in BIMS and saved a copy of this email for WaRO files. If

The proposed development at Shady Shores (Innerbanks Development, LLQ requiring CAMA Major Permitting has been
modified. Therefore, this email correspondence serves as a formal request to rescind the CAMA Major Permit application
submitted for the creation of an upland basin and associated infrastructure you reference in your email to Brian Rubino
dated 03/16/09. A modified site plan and DCM Permit application forms have already been submitted to the DCM regional
office. It is my understanding that DCM has issued a new number for this proposed development and that the field report
has been completed and sent to Morehead City for processing. Please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned if you
have any questions or require any additional information.
