Based upon recent coordination with NCDOT, the City of Creedmoor had to revise
impacts to Buffer Sites 2 and 4. Site 2 impacts increased while Site 4 no longer will be
impacted. Overall buffer impacts for the project has decreased. Please find attached
the revised buffer impact drawings, original PCN application, and NCDWR 401/Buffer
Authorization letter. Through this email, I am officially requesting for a buffer
authorization modification for the subject project. If you have questions or need
