Restore the natural stream geomorphic equilibrium and ecological functions by re -grading a natural meandering
channel with functional vegetated floodplain. Reduce erosion to improve water quality and infrastructure
protection.
4g. Describe the overall project in detail, including indirect imapacts and the type of equipment to be used:*
Grade a new section of channel and floodplain with appropriate dimensions, pattern, and profile in addition to
adding in -stream rock and log structures to support grade control, bank protection, and bedform diversity. Plant
native riparian buffer to replace invasive plants. Equipment will include trackhoe excavator, track loader, and
pump -around for working in dry.
