4g. Describe the overall project in detail, including indirect imapacts and the type of equipment to be used:
The right streambank will be stabilized using boulder and wood toe revetments in combination with a boulder vane
to reduce near -bank shear stress. The bank will be graded to a stable slope and planted with dense native trees
and shrubs to support a native riparian buffer.

1b. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques:*
Construction work will take place only in the area of stabilization. During vane construction, baseflow water will be
diverted away from excavation using a low cobble berm.
