You were both present and accompanied us on the inspection. During the course of the inspection, we noted several areas of concern, or areas that did not match the plans submitted with the permit application. As a result of those observations, DWR and the Corps requested a number of follow-up items. Those items include: 1. A plan to address and remove a portion of a failed concrete block wall along White Oak Creek that had entered White Oak Creek. 2. Up-to-date stormwater/stream bypass/French drain details for the covered arena area. The infrastructure in place and the plans that Wayne Watkins had on -hand did not appear to match those submitted with the IP application, and which had been approved by DEMLR as part of the 401 WQC. 3. A request to stake the location of the lower end of the permitted stream impacts upon completion of the fill work to confirm that no additional fill occurred beyond the permitted impact. 4. Easement documents associated with the permittee -responsible mitigation site as well as associated maintenance agreements from Polk County Soil and Water. Please confirm that you are working on assembling the requested information and provide an anticipated schedule of submittal. Thank you, Andrew W. Moore, P.G.
