The only thing I would add is that any feature wetland or stream that is tidal should also at least be foot noted as section 10. Therefore anything that is CAMA wetlands would also be section 10. This is a technicality but it could be an important point if utilities cross these areas (aerial or under) both of which are considered section 10 impacts. Everything is consistent with my notes. However, I believe that there are more than 5 streams additional streams that need to be added to the PJD. In my notes, I had that all 1st order streams would be added to the PJD which would be 4 on SC in wetland WM/WH and 2 first order streams and one 2nd order stream in WG. We'll see if Joanne concurs.
