Division staff has confirmed that the subject Certificate of Coverage (CoC)
is no longer required. Therefore, in accordance with the request submitted
by your Authorized Representative (William Regenthal of Geological
Resources, Inc.), NPDES CoC NCG510319 is rescinded, effective immediately.
If in the future your firm wishes to discharge wastewater to the
State's surface waters from the subject site, you must first apply for
and receive a new NPDES permit.
