On February 24, 2009, staff of this office conducted a 401 Certification and storm water compliance inspection at
the subject site. Based on their inspection the site appeared to be in compliance. There was some concern with the
discharge occurring from the stormwater outlet at the northwest corner of the project. Minor maintenance on the silt fence
and effort to possibly reduce the velocity of the discharge from the basin is needed. This was brought to Mr. Steve
Sovino's attention.
