The USACE changed things a bit and issued NWP 29s for the Sagewood Subdivision (NCDWR Project # 20180100) and
Nichols Farm Subdivision (NCDWR Project # 20180101). Please issue a GC 4139 for each of these projects instead of the
previously requested GC 4133.
