On February 7, 2018, Rick Trone of the Raleigh Regional Office conducted an inspection of the
collection system at the above facility The collection system is deemed permitted through 15A NCAC
02T 0403 Present during the inspection was Wayne Alford, Operator in Responsible Charge (ORC) His
cooperation and knowledge during this inspection was appreciated
The collection system has two pump stations, Clubhouse and 6B (Suminer Pines) The stations appeared
well maintained and there were no sigmficant findings regarding permit requirements There have been
no sanitary sewer overflows reported for this system in the last 12 months A summary of the findings and
comments noted during the inspection is provided in the Water Compliance Inspection Report attached
