Quality Monitoring Report, Final Study Report dated 2005. The report is about 6 MB and contains most of the

Yes I can. However, the Normandeau report is a very large file, even as a PDF, and may be too large to
email. We will try to email it tomorrow, and failing that, we will get a CD in the overnight mail tomorrow
