John,
I gather that Stanly County would like to participate in the sampling process and would probably like a split
sample. Dr John Rodgers has been out of town and we are in the process of coordinating with him to determine
the most appropriate level of involvement. I understand that Tom Griffin of Parker Poe will be finalizing the
details with Dr. Rodgers and will be in contact with you shortly if he has not already been in touch.
By copy of this email I am asking him to contact you as soon as he can work out the details with Dr. Rodgers.
